This Privacy Policy explains how hardik.codes ("this site", "I") handles your information. This is a static personal portfolio website — there is no server, no database, no accounts, and no cookies set by this site itself.

This site does not collect or store any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• IP addresses or geolocation data
• Browser fingerprints or device identifiers
• Browsing history or behavioural data
• Any form input (there are no forms on this site)
• Payment or financial information

This site loads resources from the following third-party CDNs. By visiting, your browser makes requests directly to these services. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Google Fonts — Loads typefaces (Syne, DM Mono, Outfit). Google may log IP addresses per their Privacy Policy.
• cdnjs.cloudflare.com — Serves Three.js and GSAP. Cloudflare may log minimal request metadata per their Privacy Policy.
• unpkg.com — Serves the Lenis smooth-scroll library. Subject to npm / Microsoft privacy terms.
• GitHub Pages — This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visits per their Privacy Statement.

I do not have access to any data these services collect, nor do I share data with them beyond what is technically required to load the page.

This site sets no first-party cookies and uses no local storage or session storage.

Third-party CDNs listed above may set their own cookies. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting the core functionality of this site.

This site contains links to GitHub, LinkedIn, and other external platforms. Clicking these links will take you to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies. I am not responsible for the practices of external sites and recommend reviewing their policies independently.

If you contact me via email at Hardik.madaan5@gmail.com, I will receive your message and email address. This information is used solely to reply to you and is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing. Your messages are stored in my personal email inbox (Gmail, subject to Google's privacy policy).

If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since this site collects no personal data, most rights are satisfied by default. However:

• Right of access — You may request a copy of any data I hold. Since I hold none (except emails you send me), the response will confirm this.
• Right to erasure — If you have emailed me and would like your messages deleted, contact me and I will do so.
• Right to lodge a complaint — You may contact your national Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

If this site ever adds analytics, forms, or other data-processing features, this policy will be updated before those features go live, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be changed. No retroactive collection will occur.
